  1. How do I apply for an absentee?
    1. Fill out a Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) at www.fvap.gov. You can click on State Voting Guidelines to view information on submitting completing and submitting the form.
  2. How do I check my voter registration status?

  3. How do I register to vote?

  4. If I am residing or stationed overseas, what should I do if I receive an error message or are unable to see different areas of the Department of State’s website?
    1. If you receive an error message or are unable to reach certain areas of our website, you can contact the Federal Voting Assistance Program at https://www.fvap.gov/search-offices?state=38. You may also email our UOCAVA inbox for military and Overseas Civilian Voters at ST-UOCAVAQues@pa.gov. If you are simply trying to find the absentee ballot request form, you can also email our auto-reply inbox at ST-UOCAVAApp@pa.gov.

  2. What is the password for my ballot?
    1. This is found on the Instructions email. The Password you will want to enter is the Correspondence ID Number that is in the very first email you received. Your password is contained in the email titled "Absentee Ballot Instructions for YOUR NAME"
  3. What is my Ward and District?
